Advanced Poultry Medicine Workshop

Veterinary Extension at The Ohio State University is pleased to offer an "advanced" version of the "Poultry Medicine Workshops" held in 2016 and 2017.  The purpose is to provide continuing education in poultry medicine for small/mixed/large animal practitioners who see, or desire to see, poultry as part of their practice.  The topics discussed will add additional knowledge and tools for those who have attended previous workshops.  However, the information presented and the workshop is still suitable for those who have not yet participated.  The program is led by Dr. Geoffrey Lossie, with instructors consisting of various poultry experts.  Noncommercial, urban, and backyard poultry producers continue to be a growing population who require veterinary services.
